Aaron Soto is the consultant behind Soto AI Consulting. He works with organizations that want to adopt artificial intelligence with judgment—not because it is trendy—with a governance framework based on ISO/IEC 42001.
My work starts before technology: understanding how the business operates, identifying where AI creates real value, and defining how to adopt it responsibly, with a governance framework based on ISO/IEC 42001.
When the path is clear, I take it into practice: I design and implement automations on concrete processes and support them over time so they keep delivering results.
I work with a limited number of clients at a time. That allows each project the attention and confidentiality it requires.
Based in Costa Rica · Working with organizations internationally, mostly remote.

Every engagement starts with a strategic conversation: understanding the business, its processes, and its priorities to define where AI adds value and how to bring it in responsibly.
From there, work becomes concrete results: automations designed for each process, implemented with rigor and supported over time so they stay current and evolve with the organization.
The working methodology is AI with Judgment, and services are contracted separately: responsible AI adoption, process automation, with optional monthly maintenance.
